We’ve been at Swimquest since 2020 and they are great. Rocky, Cait, Caven and Jen have all taught my kids and I have nothing but good things to say. My oldest is such a confident and strong swimmer already (at 5 years old) and loves the water. I would 100% recommend Swimquest for anyone who wants safe and welcoming place for their kids to learn to swim.

My daughter is 4.5. She took swimming classes when she was younger however we took a long hiatus due to costs and unimpressive swim options in Jersey city. I finally found swimquest after a long and hard search. I decided to do private since my daughter does (well did) not like swimming. I can honestly say it’s been the best decision ever. The pool is gorgeous and Coach Al is truly top notch. He’s the perfect mix of nice and assertive. He builds her confidence and has formed a bond with her so she feels comfortable despite some of her fears. He challenges her which is exactly what she needs bc she tries to take the easy way out. I’m so glad she has this type of coach in her life since she needs someone to push her to do things out of her comfort zone. Her whole summer has been shaped for the better by coach Al. She is now able to go to the pool with her friends and actually have fun. We also had an amazing vacation because she had a blast in the pool. She used to never put her face in and now she does with no problem. She is becoming quite the fish and I never thought we’d get to this point! I’m so happy for her and can’t thank Coach Al enough. Something that used to give me and her anxiety is now something we both look forward to!

Worth every penny. Each instructor is highly skilled. My daughter went from sinking like a stone when she started at age 3 to swimming like a fish in the water at 5. She got rid of her fear, learned water safety and now knows most strokes. All thanks to Swimquest. Very happy with this place!

So, I came here with my mom to drop off my little brother and we were ignored by the girl at the front desk. It was the short girl with the black hair. She ignored all of my questions and it looked like she was too busy doing some arts and crafts at the desk. Once we caught her attention, it seemed that she couldn’t answer any of our questions, making our conversation short and useless. Terrible service.

Tried the YMCA. Tried some others. None unlocked my kids’ love for the water and swimming like SwimQuest. The staff are friendly and attentive, and they make sure to challenge your kids to improve and hit milestone after milestone in a supportive environment. I’m very happy with SwimQuest.

SwimQuest in Millburn, NJ is truly a standout swimming school! The facility is spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for all families. Corey at the front desk is always cheerful and ready to help, setting a positive tone from the moment you walk in. Rocky has been nothing short of amazing with my autistic 5-year-old; his compassionate approach and expert guidance transformed our experience—within just one year, my little one is now confidently swimming. Chris, too, has worked magic with my other two children, helping them become strong swimmers in the same short span. Every member of the team is dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend SwimQuest for anyone looking for quality swim lessons in a clean, friendly environment!

I cannot recommend SwimQuest highly enough. My 2 year old was nervous and had trouble separating at first, but his teacher Rocky totally won him over. He is so patient, kind and makes every lesson silly and fun. I cannot believe the progress he has made in 6 months. The facility itself is clean and beautiful- my son loves to visit the fish and turtles. The manager Devin and the rest of the staff keep things running smoothly. Glad we found SwimQuest- it’s fantastic!

I can’t say enough good things about this swimming school — it’s truly the best place for swimming classes! I’ve been bringing my two kids here, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing.

The manager, Kory, does an outstanding job running the entire facility. Everything is organized, clean, and professional, and you can tell that Kory really cares about both the staff and the families who come here. The level of care and attention to detail is something you don’t see everywhere.

The instructors working with my kids — Mrs. Mackenzi, Mrs. Damaris, and Mrs. Suzie — are absolutely incredible. They are not only skilled and knowledgeable, but they’re also patient, kind, and truly passionate about teaching. My kids look forward to every lesson and have made so much progress thanks to their guidance. It's such a relief as a parent to know your children are in safe hands and being taught with both professionalism and heart.

If you’re looking for a place where your children can learn to swim in a positive, supportive, and well-managed environment, this is it. I highly recommend this swimming school to any family!

Been at Swimquest in Millburn for almoct 2 years now and I could not think of a better place to have my son learn to swim. Staff is so nice, instructors are great - shoutout to Rocky, and the place is so fun for kiddos! There is nothing better than going on vacations and knowing your kid is safe in the water! Teachers: great. sometimes run late. My kids didn't do well with the first instructor but since then they have loved the last 2 they have had. Ms. Jazmin is great!
Parking: easy
Showers and changing room: large with lockers
Cons: locker room floors can be cleaner, pricey, have to pay for 3 month/season in advance.

Rocky at swim quest is fantastic! His patience and fun personality made my daughter feel very comfortable in the water. My daughter has made an incredible progress and we cannot thank him enough. The place is clean and the water is very comfortable. Definitely I recommend this place.

Mario at SwimQuest Whippany is exceptional! From day 1 he made my 4 year old daughter extremely comfortable. She has made incredible progress (and can swim!!) in just a few months, I am amazed!
